Purposes of the processing
We process the following personal data to provide a functional website:

Use of the Fearbase
To register for use of Fearbase, the following personal data is requested:
- First and last name
- Email address.
- First and last name
- Affiliation (including institutional address)
- Postal address
To use Fearbase research data, you must enter into a “data use agreement.” The following personal data will be collected:

- Affiliation (including institutional address)
- Postal address
Storage Period
The data will remain with us permanently until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its
storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions—in particular
statutory storage periods—remain unaffected.
Your personal data will be processed exclusively by the employees at Bielefeld University and the ZPID
involved in the Fearbase project.
